About Us

Conjure Craft Chocolate is small-batch bean to bar chocolate roasted and ground in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. We strive to use ingredients that are ethically sourced, organic, or local whenever possible. All wrapping is either handmade or made from recycled materials.​

Founded by Marjory Rockwell, a Pennsylvania State University  and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute graduate, Conjure Craft Chocolate is the product of an indistinguishable love of both science and all things sweet.  After graduating from Penn State with degrees in Science and International Studies Marjory found herself immersed in the world of biotechnology.  Realizing this was not her true passion she attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Ottawa, Canada, receiving a Diplome de Patisserie.  Pastry and a love of traveling allowed her to work under James Beard nominated chef Craig Deihl in Charleston, S.C., flex her creativity as a pastry chef in C.T.  and finally land herself in Kenya where she learned the art of making chocolate.
